About Our Team
Sunflower nursery is proud to introduce our international team. We come from many different countries and are experienced/ trained in Early Childcare and receive on-going training throughout the year, starting with Infant First Aid and CPR Training at the beginning of each academic year. Our staff is selected very carefully not only for their qualifications and experience but also for their love of children.
Key Person System:
The purpose of our key system is to:- Ensure that all children receive consistent and continual care in all aspects of their development.
- Provide an environment where children can feel safe and secure and also gain confidence in themselves and others.
- Assess the needs of individual key children.
- Ensure that the health and well-being of the child is considered with utmost importance.
